Frequently Asked Questions

How do users authenticate themselves to start using BizEat application?

Firstly, users are employees of an organization. After downloading & installing the mobile app
from play store or app store, user get authenticated using their unique corporate identity i.e,
employee ID, phone number & email ID. An OTP will be generated and sent over email/phone
to confirm identity. Once authentication is completed, start experiencing a new way of meal
perks at work.

What is the process to place an order?

On the homepage, users can effortlessly choose a date and meal type, then proceed to explore
meal combos from the full menu or refine their search by selecting a specific cuisine to view
combos within that category. You may also browse your preferred combo from favorite section.
Once a combo is chosen, the next screen will display all relevant details, prompting the user to
confirm their order.

Once I place the order, can I cancel or make changes?

Yes, users are allowed to cancel or make changes to their order before a cutoff time. After cutoff
time the order cannot be altered. Contact your office admin to know your organizations cutoff
time.

How many days out can I pre-order my meals?

If you like to pre-select your meals in advance, the app will allow you to make selections 5 days
ahead.

What kind of flatware is used to pack food?

We use different kinds of packaging, suitable to pack specific combo however all packaging will
be as per industry standard ecofriendly packaging or hygienic disposable food grade material.
The package is recyclable, microwave friendly and of high quality to retain the freshness of
food.

Can I customize my combo meal?

No, multiple combos are designed so you can choose relevant combo however combo items
cannot be altered. You can put in a suggestion so a new combo can be potentially made
available.

What is the process of taking meal delivery?

We are flexible however the employer may choose to have a designated area where BizEat
representative will distribute the meal box respectively or if given approval, it can be delivered to
user’s desk/cubicle.

Will the user be reminded about placing order before cut-off time?

Yes, users will receive 2 or 3 reminders to place the order through app notification or SMS. If the
order is not placed after reminders, it will be considered that you do not require meal box
delivered for reasons such as out of office or you prefer to make your personal arrangement etc.

What if a user forgets to place the order on app after cut-off time, is there a way around
to get meal box delivered?

Yes, your employer (admin) will have a special request option before prolonged cut-off time.
BizEat will then open a selection option for that user to enable selection of combo.

Can I supply feedback for my orders?

No, the meal box can be delivered to your office location and at a set time only.

Can I use this app outside my organization setup to order food personally?

No, BizEat service is available to contracted organizations and their employees only. You may
call this setup as B-B and not B-C

How can we enable new employees to start using the app and remove access for ex-
employees?

Admin of the organization will have to intimate BizEat operations team to add/remove users and
it will be provisioned in the backend.
